Data Protection and Privacy

This privacy statement has been prepared by Sovereign and reflects our commitment to data protection and privacy.

Use: This site collects data through a feedback form that allows visitors to request information about Sovereign, its products, and its services. For this purpose, Sovereign request and collect user contact information that consists in part of name and e-mail address. The feedback form also allows for the user to provide additional information as they may see fit or / and desire to provide. Information so collected is solely used for the purpose of responding to the users request. Users contact information may be subsequently used for mailing of information, if so requested by the respondent. A facility exists for users to indicate they do wish to receive any future mailings. Data submitted to the site may be transferred within Sovereign in order to action a user's request. Data submitted to this site will not be shared with any third party unless specifically requested by the user.

CV's: The site invites users to submit their CV's to Sovereign via e-mail. All CV's so received will be treated as confidential and will be used only when considering the submitting party for employment. Such information is not shared with any third party unless specifically requested or authorised by the submitting party.

IP Addresses: These may be employed to assist in the diagnosis of problems with the server facilities, generally administer the Sovereign web site, to track trends, analyse use, and collect general commercial information. This type of data is not directly linked to any identifiable person or persons.

Corrections / Maintenance: By e-mailing info@sbl.gb.com users may change or modify information previously submitted. Should you wish not to receive further communication from Sovereign you should e-mail this request to info@sovereign-plc.co.uk

Retention: Information submitted to Sovereign will be deleted after four months of our fulfilment of the initial request.

Security: Sovereign has implemented security measures to protect the loss, misuse or modification of information under our control. Sovereign employees who have access to such information are aware of the Sovereign Data Protection and Privacy policy. Access to such information is limited to those Sovereign employees who require such access to fulfill the relating user request. Password protection and other physical methods have been implemented to meet this practice. Data submitted to this site will not be shared with any third party unless specifically requested by the user.

Changes: Should Sovereign change its Data Protection and Privacy policy and should these changes have an impact on the practices detailed here, then such changes would be posted on this site. Any information collected previous to any such policy change would not be subject to the changed practice.
